The following are the terms and conditions of using our Web Site. Any Party that might access our Web Site indicates its agreement on such terms. Any changes in those terms and conditions would be posted to this site. You are responsible for keeping up with the changes. Please read these terms carefully:   

- Any of the contents of this site including copyrights, design, trademarks or any other material included are not to use for any illegal actions. Any of the materials on the Web Site is a property of Top Business and should not be destroyed or duplicated.     

- Users must submit honest and complete information about themselves. The company holds no responsibility for any inaccurate information that might be posted by any party. 

- No user is allowed to submit information or comments that violates the law. Such violations include posting obscene, abusive, offensive or threatening information. The company is not responsible if any of these violations appeared on the site but it will be immediately deleted once discovered by our company. 

- No advertisements, other than our advertising banners, should be posted through our Web Site. 

- Users are responsible for keeping their user name and password safe and classified. On entering the username and password, the user will have access to the information he/she needs. Any unauthorized use of the username and password is not the responsibility of the company. You are required to change your username and password in case of losing them or in case they were used without authorization.  

- The company will do its best to provide the employers with appropriate candidates and the job seekers with a job but we do not guarantee filling all vacant positions or recruiting all job seekers.  

- Job seekers are required to keep appointed interview date and time. Any case of emergency that might keep the applicant from going to the interview is to be informed to either Top Business or the employer before the interview time.

-The Employer should inform Top Business in case he/she would not be able to interview the candidate on the specified time.

- In case a job seeker was hired, the employer should inform us about the date on which the job seeker started work.

- The company is not responsible for any errors, defects or computer viruses that might occur while the user is accessing or operating the site.

- The company has the right to terminate the users’ use of the site in case of violating any of the terms.
